NKG 2027 in Jena

Die Tagung der Neuen Kulturgeographie (NKG) findet vom 28. Januar bis zum 30. Januar 2027 in Jena statt. Die Arbeitsgruppen Sozialgeographie und die Geographiedidaktik richten diese gemeinsam aus. Bedauerlicherweise wurde unsere Tagungswebseite Ziel eines Bot-Angriffs und musste bis auf Weiteres aus dem Netz genommen werden. Ab sofort finden sich wieder alle Informationen zur Tagung hier auf der Webseite.

Der Call for Participation steht unten zum Download bereit. Wir freuen uns über zahlreiche Einreichungen über Indico zum Schwerpunktthema der Tagung „Kreative Geographien | Geographien der Kreativität“. Eine Anmeldung zur Tagung ist ab 1. Oktober 2026 ebenfalls über Indico möglich.

The New Cultural Geography (NKG) conference will take place in Jena from 28 January to 30 January 2027. It is being jointly organised by the Social Geography and Geography Education working groups. Unfortunately, our conference website was the target of a bot attack and had to be taken offline until further notice. From now on, all information about the conference can once again be found here on the website.

The Call for Participation is available for download below. We look forward to receiving numerous submissions via Indico on the conference’s main theme, ‘Creative Geographies | Geographies of Creativity’. Registration for the conference will also be open via Indico from 1 October 2026.
