Infos zur Anmeldung für die Teilnahme
Für unsere Tagung im Schloß in Münster ist die dort maximal zugelassene Anzahl von 330 Teilnehmenden mittlerweile erreicht. Direkte Anmeldungen sind daher derzeit nur noch für Menschen möglich, die beim Call for Papers eine Präsentation eingereicht haben, eine Moderation übernommen haben oder als Helfer*innen akkreditiert sind und sich bisher noch nicht angemeldet haben. Falls dies auf Sie zutrifft ist Ihnen die Anmeldung zur Tagung [hier klicken] noch möglich.
Menschen ohne eingereichte Präsentation setzen wir, wenn sie sich anmelden, auf eine Warteliste. Wenn registrierte Teilnehmer*innen zurücktreten und dadurch nachträglich Plätze frei werden, informieren wir Sie umgehend per Email.

Vollzahler*in (z.B. Profs, WiMis mit 100%-Stelle) – 159€
Ermäßigung (Studierende, Promovierende, WiMis ohne Vollzeitstelle, Erwerbslose) – 89€
Hinweise zur Unterbringung / Hotelbuchung
Da zeitgleich mit der NKG die Special Olympics in Münster stattfinden und entsprechend viele Besucher*innen an dem Wochenende nach Münster kommen werden, würden wir Euch bitten, Euch möglichst frühzeitig um Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten zu kümmern.
Für unsere Tagung haben wir ein kleines Hotelkontingent reservieren können, welches unter diesem Link einsehbar ist. Neben Hotelzimmern sind dort auch Betten in Hostels zur Buchung aufgelistet.
Außerdem können und sollten nach Möglichkeit auch jetzt schon Hotels über die üblichen Buchungsplattformen gebucht werden, da dort zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt auch noch Betten zur Verfügung stehen. Uns wurde geraten, die Empfehlung allen Teilnehmenden weiterzugeben, sich sicherheitshalber früh ein Hotel zu buchen und dieses im Notfall wieder zu stornieren.
Wir hoffen, dass einige Besucher*innen des NKG über unsere Schlafplatzbörse untergebracht werden können. Für Angebote in Münster und Gesuche nutzt bitte diese Telegram-Gruppe.
Information on the registration
The maximum number of 330 participants permitted for our conference at the Schloß in Münster has now been reached. Therefore, registrations are currently only possible for people who have submitted a presentation to the Call for Papers, have taken on a moderation or are accredited as helpers and have not yet registered. In case this applies to you, you can register for the participation by clicking here. People who have not submitted a presentation will be placed on a waiting list when they register. If other participants withdraw and places subsequently become available, we will inform you immediately by email.
Conference fees:
full price (e.g. professors, full time employed research fellows) – 159€
discount fee (students, PhD candidates, non-full time research fellows, unemployed persons) – 89€
Accommodation
Please note, that as the Special Olympics are taking place in Münster at the same time as the NKG and there will be a correspondingly large number of visitors on the weekend. We kindly ask you to arrange your accommodation as early as possible (with or without the booking tool with our hotel contingent). We have been able to reserve a small hotel/hostel contingent for our conference, which you can find following this link.
In addition, hotels could and should be booked via the usual booking platforms as soon as possible, as there are still hotels with beds available. We advise all participants to book accommodation to be on the safe side with the option to cancel it, rather than searching for a place to stay late.
Lastly we also have set up a telegram group as a sleeping place exchange for visitors of the conference. You are invited to join and post your accommodation offers or requests in the group and hopefully many can find a host that way.
